I Failed at My Goal, Now What? - Day 2

The thought that you're failing or a failure can be absolutely dibilitating.

Today, that's exactly the thought I woke up.  Nice.

As a follow up to the socials video posted today,

I use the questions:

  • Did I really fail?
  • What am I thinking I failed at?
  • What's really going on?
  • What would I like to focus on instead.

In the context of these questions, I note the emotional, vague language I'm using 'failed' - what does that even mean???

I use objectivity to get specific, and to find my way back to a productive place.
